Policies

Measurements & Descriptions
Measurements and descriptions are approximate. We do our best to provide information that is as accurate as possible, but sometimes we'll be off by a half inch, or we might miss a loose thread here and there. Please be sure to read the policies listed below before placing an order. If you have any questions, just send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Payment
Payment may be made via Visa, Cirrus, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via Pay-Pal only – we do not accept cheque or money order. Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with receipt. 

Shipping to Canada or USA
All Canadian & US orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment being received, and an email notification will be sent when your order has gone out. Orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive, and you will be able to track your order on the Canada Post, or USPS website using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification. 

Shipping Overseas/Internationally
All orders shipped overseas (outside of Canada or the USA) will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment being received, and an email notification will be sent when your order has gone out. Orders typically take 6-15 business days to arrive, and you will be able to track your order on the Canada Post website using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification.

Refunds & Exchanges 
In most cases, all orders are final sale. Refunds will only be granted for orders that are lost in the mail, or orders that arrive significantly not as described. We urge you to please read and view the listing carefully, and check measurements. 

In the rare event that your order arrived significantly not as described (i.e. the size listed said 'x-large' but you received a 'small') please contact us at info@neonstockyards.com to set up a return. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order, and you must use a shipping service with tracking and/or delivery confirmation when shipping your order back to us. Your refund will be sent on the same day your order is received back.
 
If you believe your order may have been lost in the mail, please contact us at info@neonstockyards.com to investigate. If Canada Post confirms that your order has indeed been lost, you will be notified, and your refund will be sent.
