Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The prices on the site however, are in US dollars, as a large majority of our customers are from the United States.
Q: Do you have a retail store I can visit?
A: Due to strong international demand and a growing global shift from traditional retail to an online & event based presence, we do not have any plans to open a set retail location which is open to the public in the near future. We do however, pop-up at festivals and events all across North America a few times a year, and we ship all of the items on our site worldwide.
Q: Are the items you sell authentic vintage pieces, or modern reproductions?
A: We never deal in modern reproductions. Everything for sale at Neon Stockyards is authentic, pre-loved vintage, and was produced sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
Q: Are your items used?
A: All of our items are authentic vintage pieces from decades ago, and therefore, many of them were likely worn by another person at some point. However, we only carry items in excellent condition, and many items we carry are still in mint condition with the original hang tags. We also have stringent cleaning & inspection procedures in place to ensure the item you receive is exactly what you were expecting. Please review each listing carefully for more information on the item you are interested in purchasing.
Q: How long can you put an item on hold for?
A: In an effort to prevent any possible disputes, we have opted to no longer reserve or hold listings.
Q: How long does will my order take to arrive?
A: Please see our "Policies" page for shipping information.
Q: Can I get my order rushed to me?
A: Of course! Our RUSH service (Xpresspost/EMS) is available to all US & Canadian customers, and will have your order to you within 1-3 business days. To upgrade your shipping to this faster service, simply choose "Xpresspost" after entering your address information at checkout.
Q: I don't live in the US or Canada, can I still get my order rushed?
A: Yes! Simply send an email to email@example.com with your address information prior to ordering, and let us know which items you would like to purchase. We will be sure to get back to you with a RUSH shipping quote within 24 hours.
